Two-ply corrugated cardboard

The products are offered in coils or sheets according to the customer’s wish.
The coils can range in weight from 20 to 40 kg., and a width up to 110 cm. The sheets may have dimensions – a width up to 110 cm and length up to 150 cm.

Two-ply corrugated cardboard is a combination of glued flat layer and corrugated paper. It is flexible, it may be rolled or cut into sheets. It is preferably used for packing material because it does not have the necessary strength for boxes.

Three-ply Two-ply corrugated cardboard

"E" flute (micro-flute) and "C" flute.

It is offered on sheets, cut according to customer's specifications, with dimensions:
Width from 60 to 110 cm and length up to 150 cm.

Three-ply corrugated cardboard is a combination of two layers of flat paper glued together with a layer of corrugated paper. It is simultaneously with high quality and high resistance. It is offered and produced only on sheets. It is suitable for the production of boxes, boxes, trays, etc.

Separators, grids of corrugated board and other

Separators, grids are elements for internal filling of the general package - cartons or boxes.
These are additional elements that serve to complete packing. They in the general package separate the items from one another and protect them from contact. Separators, grids are a good solution when packaging and transporting fragile, brittle goods. The use of fittings further increases endurance and protects products during transport.
Round holes
According to the customer's specifications, sheets with three-ply or double-ply corrugated board can be cut with a circular hole. The diameter and position of the hole are determined by the customer's job.

Supply of produce

The finished product according to the customer's request can be obtained locally at the base of VATAN Ltd. or delivered at an address specified by the customer - ie. customer or producer.
